Get the CourseAnother View Off-site Remote Retreat
On this course, you and up to 4 people from your business, will be invited to take 3 days out and join your own personalised Offsite Remote Retreat. The Retreat will be followed by 12 months of 121support.
The idea behind this Retreat is to take time exploring and creating your own plan, which you will on your return begin to implement, with ongoing support encouraging a continuous review. Plan, Do, Review is really what begins the moment you step outside of your usual environment and begin taking ‘Another View’.
Your mentor Simon Youlton is Clarus Fortior’s Founder Director for Australia & Asia-Pacific. He is an internationally accomplished and versatile Board Director, Non-Executive and Business Management Consultant specialising in strategy, with a 20-year track record of success working across differing territories in acquisitive wealth management firms, large commercial banks, asset management businesses, fast-paced financial advisory firms, national accountancy practices, private equity capital providers and commercial privately-owned SMEs across multiple sectors in a high-growth phase.
Simon combines high levels of financial acuity with advanced planning and business development skills to shape and execute M&A roadmaps, operational strategies, go-to-market plans and transformation programmes which maximise profitability and performance.
Drawing on experience from Simon’s own journey of finding ways to make time for building successful companies and doing the things in life that he now gets to enjoy to the full, are parts of what makes this course really personal and potentially a turning point in one’s life.
